I recently launched my first SaaS, and I’m realizing that building the product was only half the challenge. Getting people to actually find and use it is a completely different skill. For those of you who have launched a SaaS, what actually worked for getting your first 10 or 100 users? Did you focus on SEO, cold outreach, communities, paid ads, or something else? And how long did it take before you started seeing results? I’d especially love to hear from people who started with a small budget and no existing audience. What would you do differently if you were starting again today? submitted by /u/biforch [link] [comments]
