Original Summary

Every Sunday I'd open Garmin, open my calendar, and hand-build a week of lifting and running that fit both. Templates don't know Tuesday is full of meetings. Recovery apps don't know Tuesday exists. Otto reads your recovery data (HRV, sleep, resting HR, from a Garmin watch or Android Health Connect), finds the open windows in Google Calendar, and plans the week around both. Approve it once and it lands on your calendar. Garmin users get it pushed to the watch as structured workouts. Every night, Otto will re-evaluate your health metrics and make adjustments based on your previous day's activity levels in an attempt to keep you on a progressive track. Right now I have integrations with Garmin or Health Connect, Google Calendar only, Android and web (no iOS yet). It's $9.99/mo after a 7-day trial. The video is the real app, this week's plan (my meetings are blurred). Any honest feedback would be greatly appreciated! https://otto.coach https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.basecampcollective.coach&pcampaignid=web_share submitted by /u/Flipphones [link] [comments]
