I'm curious about projects that started with a problem you kept running into yourself. Not necessarily something impossible to do. Something you could already do, but with enough interruptions and extra steps that you eventually thought, "There has to be a better way." What did you build, and what does it change about someone's working day? I'll start. I'm Italian, living in Poland, and I write a lot of emails in English and Polish. You receive an email in English. The reply is already in your head, in Italian. Now you have to compose it in English or take it through a translator and copy it back.
