Original Summary
I have been a media buyer for 7 years and have managed seven figure ad spend across different platforms. I still got burned in a direct deal for advertising access. Before payment, everything looked normal. The seller was responsive, showed screenshots, and made the deal feel routine. After payment, the situation changed completely. I lost around 3000 USDT. That pushed me to build SafeRow. It is an MVP marketplace for digital marketing deals where trust is usually the weakest part. Things like ad accounts, business managers, agency access, unlocks, payment solutions and related services. The basic idea is that the buyer funds a Tron based USDT escrow before delivery. The seller delivers through the deal chat. The buyer checks the item. Funds are released after matching confirmations, timeout, or a human dispute decision. The part I am trying to get right is not just holding the money. It is proof. For access based deals, screenshots are weak. First login recordings are stronger. Deal chat matters. Timing matters. The rules also need to be clear about what is covered and what is not covered. For example, SafeRow does not try to guarantee what happens forever after acceptance. If working access is handed over and accepted, a later ban or limit is not automatically a refund reason. That line may be controversial, but I think the product needs a clear line somewhere. I would really appreciate feedback from people who have built marketplaces, escrow products, dispute systems, or trust and safety flows. What would make you distrust this marketplace first? What evidence would you require before releasing funds? If you have built or scaled something similar, what would you focus on first? https://saferow.up.railway.app/ submitted by /u/GoodVibeperson [link] [comments]
