This one has an opinion about when you should work. I did this habit in my last year of school and it roughly halved my study time, and I always wondered why no app was built around the timing rather than the list. What I did differently: I posted the habit in a few study subs before building the feature, and asked people what would make them drop it. Nobody argued with the habit.
