Get more genuine reviews Automated review requests and follow-ups that make it easier for customers to share feedback. 2. Reviews by voice or text Customers can share their experience using voice or text , with AI helping turn their own feedback into a review draft they can edit and approve. 3. AI-assisted review management AI helps businesses draft personalized responses to reviews, while keeping the business in control before anything is published. The bigger idea: use AI to remove friction from review management, not manufacture customer feedback.
