I’ve seen this exact milestone posted here so many times and always looked forward to the day I could write my own. Today is that day! This whole thing actually started as a personal project just for me and my friends. We wanted a fun, competitive way to track steps and run fitness challenges together, so I built an app to scratch our own itch. We loved using it, so I decided to polish it up and release it out into the world. Today, a complete stranger found the app in the wild and subscribed. No friends, no family, no warm intros, no ads - just someone who stumbled across it, saw the value, and paid for it. Going from a personal tool for friends to an actual business with paying customers ( 0 -> $ ) is an incredible feeling. Still early days, but definitely celebrating this win today!
