omg so basically we messed up on this project recently where the brief was agreed on, we made a storyboard, all the parties were on board of where it went and we generated all the shots but after sending the first cut, they thought it wasn’t “ugc” enough and more like a branded ad???? now i understand reviews and edits but when the vision was agreed on so perfectly, it was a setback on us because we have to burn credits as this could have been fixed if we sent the six storyboard frames While we have started having approval plugs in place for storyboard and frames to ensure we dont overspend on credits, but this feedback loops and back and forth has increased a lot, increasing the need for more account managers, which in turn is adding to our costs wayyy more than necessary these are my approx cost breakdowns (after splitting across clients) Account Manager: $200 per month Morphic Subscription+ credits= $300 per month Chatgpt: $30 per month Founders (time basis payroll): $450 per month Ad fees: $1200-$1500 Profit: $300 on average Personally i feel like my profit margins are a little fucked rn but can you guys give me suggestions on how i could increase my margins?
