Original Summary

I'm curious because the more I look into this, the more everything seems to be split across different tools. One for onboarding, one for analytics, one for feedback, one for chat/support... and then some of it you end up building yourself. That's kind of where I'm stuck with my own SaaS too while building. Every tool has its own SDK/API and its own user data, and I'm wondering how people actually deal with all of this once you have a few different tools running. Do you actually have all that data connected somewhere? Like, if a customer churns, can you look at their product usage, onboarding, feedback, support conversations, etc. in one place and understand what probably happened? Or is it usually just a bunch of different dashboards and someone has to pull the data together with SQL, exports, internal stuff, etc.? And is there already a tool that solves this reasonably well? I don't mean just putting a bunch of features into one dashboard. I mean actually taking data from different sources and connecting it so you can get useful customer/product insights out of it. Would be really interested to hear what your setup looks like, especially if you're around the 1k–100K MRR/ARR range. Are you using existing tools, building some of it in-house, or just stitching everything together yourself? submitted by /u/hasan_py [link] [comments]
