Original Summary
I’m building OfferFluent, an English mock-interview side project for non-native speakers. The sharper problem I’m testing is not grammar. It is attribution. A candidate says: “We improved onboarding and reduced confusion.” The interviewer still does not know what that person actually decided or changed. The coaching loop I’m testing is: flag vague collective language; ask for the candidate’s personal decision and action; make the evidence concrete; answer the same question again out loud. I’m deliberately not dropping a link here. For people who have interviewed candidates or built coaching products: is this narrow enough to be a useful wedge, or would you focus on a different failure mode? If English is not your first language and you have an interview soon, I’d also value your perspective. submitted by /u/Personal_Ad2085 [link] [comments]
