Original Summary

I've spent years helping other businesses grow through YouTube, but I've never really built my own business around it. So that's the side project. I started a brand new YouTube channel called Views to Leads with basically one goal: can I use the same organic YouTube strategies I've used for clients to get clients for myself? No ads. No existing audience. Just starting from zero and seeing what happens. I'm posting about YouTube strategy for business owners, using Reddit and other places to find actual problems people are talking about, making videos around those problems, and then seeing if any of that traffic eventually turns into emails and clients. I'm only about 10 videos in right now, so I have no idea if it's going to work. Which is kind of the point. I've seen YouTube generate serious money for other businesses. Now I want to find out if I can actually do it for myself.
