My home fantasy league had years of history scattered across Sleeper, old spreadsheets, group chats, and people's memory. I built GridLore to give a league one permanent home instead of another player-ranking screen. A manager connects a Sleeper league and GridLore builds: • an automatic weekly newspaper covering every matchup • standings, transactions, drafts, champions, rivalries, and records • manager career pages and historical draft tendencies • a private team view • commissioner tools for rules, voting, dues, and payouts It is read-only. GridLore never asks for a Sleeper password and cannot change lineups, waivers, trades, or league settings. One external tester independently completed onboarding, verified their roster, and opened an edition today. That proves the flow can work, but it does not prove the product is easy or worth returning to. I would value blunt feedback on three things: Where does onboarding become confusing or feel like too much work? Does the weekly edition feel worth sharing with a league chat?
