Original Summary
A while back i checked my email and saw my biggest customer had cancelled. A third of my revenue at the time, gone. I reached out anyway. Turned out they weren't unhappy with the product, they'd just stopped using one feature, assumed we'd quietly killed it, and cancelled without saying a word. One 5min call later, they were back. That save felt great. But it also bugged me for a long time, because it only worked because I happened to notice. There was no system behind it, just luck and email tab open at the right moment. Here's the thing couldn't stop thinking about afterward: by the time someone opens a support ticket or downgrades their plan, they've already mentally checked out . The real signal came way earlier, the moment they quietly stopped using that feature, months before they ever touched the cancel button. No survey would've caught it, because you have to ask someone a question for a survey to work, and they'd already stopped engaging enough to answer one. So I built CancelZero . A smart revenue retention tool. It watches usage and behavior alongside your billing data, batches it through a powerful trained model to catch these early drop-off patterns, and flags customers who are quietly drifting, before it shows up as a support ticket, a downgrade, or a cancellation. And if someone does hit, it steps in right there with something real that corresponds to the user "profile", not a generic discount popup. Built it mainly for solo founders and small teams, because we're the ones without a CS team watching dashboards all day. We usually find out someone's unhappy the same moment we find out they're gone.
