I kept running into the same thing online: You read an article, watch something, find an interesting website, and either there is no comment section, the comments are closed, you need yet another account just to comment, or the actual discussion is scattered across Reddit, X and Discord. So I built Retiola . It adds a sidebar to your browser where every URL can have its own discussion. News article with comments disabled? YouTube video? Research paper? Documentation? Random website from 2007 that nobody has talked about since? Same sidebar every time, and if someone else using Retiola has been on that page, the conversation is right there instead of scattered somewhere else.
