Hi guys, I'm currently trying to validate a problem before I keep building more around it. In order to do that, I would rather ask people who actually have businesses instead of guessing. The problem I'm mainly focusing on is customers who stop paying quietly. For example, a renewal that fails and Stripe eventually stops retrying. Or someone subscribes, the first payment never arrives, and they end up sitting in your database without ever having paid you. I have some questions that I was wondering if I could get some help: When was the last time one of these failed payments slipped through, and how long had it been? Did you manage to recover any of these customers? Do you have anything set up to catch these failed payments? For transparency, I'm building a Stripe app, which I won't advertise here. The idea is to deal with some of these and also display something like the "customers' health" and the ones at risk.
