Hi everyone! I'm a founder from Kazakhstan launching a small AI SaaS (monthly subscriptions + one-time top-ups). I'm about to go with Polar.sh as my Merchant of Record, with Dodo Payments as plan B. The docs are clear, but I'd love to hear from people actually using it: 1. First review. How long did it take? Did they ask for a 100% discount code, a video, or extra docs? Any friction because your product uses AI? 2. Payouts outside the US/EU. Which country do you withdraw to? Payouts go through Stripe Connect Express in local currency, so how's the FX rate and timing? 3. Holds. New orgs get a 7-day settlement delay. Has Polar ever extended it or held your funds? 4. Subscriptions. Any issues with renewals, failed payments, or their automatic refunds on early chargeback signals? 5. Pricing changes. Did you change prices after approval? Did that trigger a new review? 6. Support. How fast do they reply when something breaks? 7. Plans. Are you on Starter or a paid plan? Has anyone gotten into the Startup Program?
