Original Summary
Last week I launched Plan Swiftly, a tool that helps teams on large/complex projects produce, audit and share their management approach far faster than doing it by hand. It comes out of my own background in aviation and rail engineering. A quick recap: What worked Launching to my own LinkedIn network first. People who know my background understood the problem immediately. Asking early users what they'd want next. The feedback has been specific and useful. What didn't My three-minute demo video. The drop-off at two minutes was obvious in the analytics, so it's now 60 seconds: https://vimeo.com/1228714605 My aim now is reaching project leads beyond my immediate network without relying on cold outreach. For anyone who has sold into regulated or engineering-heavy industries, what channels worked for you early on? submitted by /u/kurucu83 [link] [comments]
