Hello all, I have a business that I am running alone. I started 4 years ago, at the beginning I thought "There is no way someone will buy my program..." But then people started to actually buy, then I moved to "There is no way more than 10 - 20 will buy" so I kept it at Lifetime, until the number grew up.. after 2years I switched to subscription based and kept everyone who bought at lifetime, but the sales dropped massively and I got scared and moved back to Lifetime. The product healed after. I increased the price to $25.99 Lifetime and currently I have around 500 active users using the product. I regret not holding on the subscription based. Question is: How I can move to subscription based again? I know the answer might be as simple as "just switch and wait" But I feel like there is more depth into it.
