I made a new stock sim with a bit of a twist. The game is hosted here https://buy-the-dip-drab.vercel.app/ The site is called "Buy the Dip". There's no user loging (cuz I hate signing up for online browser games like this). I was playing some stock sim the other day and realized that stock prices in real time move wayyyy too slowly and it's boring as hell. So I created one where you can take any ticker and a start date, and it will show the next 30 days of historical data, moving accross the screen. Every day equals to a minute in the sim, but you can 3x, 5x or even 10x the speed to max out ADHD. You can search for news on the "Headline search". All results are posted be on that date. After each day, the news cycle reset, clicking on the headline will pin them on the pinned board. And of course, you can't read the actual article beyond the headline cuz who reads articles anyway lol, this aint a hedge fund. And uhhh yeah, that's pretty much it really, let me know if this is an interesting idea or not lol. I used Claude for a lot of the code, but the idea is quite simple as well so technically I don't think there's anything that's impressive haha. Still, I thought it was a fun idea. Feel free to create your own level, or lobby.
