I'm the maintainer of CleanTake, a free, open-source desktop app that repairs dialogue using simultaneous recordings of the same take. It aligns the microphones, lets you compare a suggested replacement at the same moment, and keeps the source of each accepted repair visible. You can export audio, a source map, or an editable Reaper project. Processing stays on your computer. The demo uses real AMI recordings with a deliberately introduced 0.5-second gap. A lapel recording supplies that missing passage. If every mic lost the speech, there is no recorded replacement.
