Original Summary

I’m building a kids learning game right now, and before I keep adding features I want to hear from actual parents about what they don’t like in the games their kids already use. One thing I’m pretty set on is the pricing. The core game is going to be completely free. No subscriptions, no ads, no coins you have to buy, no energy system, and no microtransactions. Every game included in the main app will be playable for free. The only paid thing I might ever do is an optional one-time expansion pack with additional games for around $5. Nothing in the main game would suddenly get locked behind it. What I’m more interested in right now is the actual experience. What do you hate about kids' learning games you've tried? Things like: And on the other side, what feature have you wished one of these games had? It can be something tiny too. Better parental controls, voice instructions, calmer visuals, progress tracking, more variety, offline play, accessibility options, a certain kind of game, whatever. I’m not putting the name or link here because I’m not trying to turn this into an ad. I genuinely want to know what parents are tired of before I build more stuff. If you could change one thing about the kids' games/apps your child already uses, what would it be? submitted by /u/Inevitable_Dream432 [link] [comments]
