I use Excalidraw a lot at work to draw diagrams, plan projects, and visualize how new features will work. I also use iTerm to organize my AI agents. Then I started using third-party apps like superwhisper because I was tired of typing. I wanted to explain things to my agents using my voice instead. At some point, I decided to build my own tool combining everything. I built an early version and showed it to my coworkers. They were blown away and immediately wanted to use it when it was ready. So, for the past 3–4 months, I've been building a macOS app that brings everything together on one canvas. Here's what it can do today: Agents can draw beautiful diagrams, open browser previews, hand off work to each other, and share the same memory. You can control everything with your voice. I've integrated two providers: NVIDIA Parakeet and GPT Realtime. I personally prefer GPT Realtime. You can even control your canvas with hand gestures. Your camera tracks your hand movements, and each gesture triggers a different action. Sometimes, I don't even touch my laptop. I just use my voice and hand gestures to get things done. But I didn't want to build another overwhelming AI tool. I wanted something minimal, customizable, and easy to work with. No hectic layouts or texts or tools around. You can also isolate your agents into separate workspaces. One for your 9–5, another for your side projects, and so on. Privacy was another priority. Everything runs locally on your Mac. Your workspaces and agent data stay on your machine. I am coming from security background so this part was important to me to keep everything locally. No cloud storage. No accounts. No additional API keys required to run this app. It already using your AI subscriptions. I'll keep improving Starkomand based on user feedback, but I think I've built something different here. Not the typical ADE. It's the tool I always wanted for myself. Now I want to share it with you.
