Original Summary

'AI-powered / AI first' doesn't skip most of the actual work, it just moves where the work happens. We still write a lot playbooks by hand on the go. We still have real strategists reviewing what the agents produce every week. The AI genuinely saves enormous time, but it doesn't remove the need for judgment, and any product claiming otherwise is lying to you or hasn't shipped to real customers yet. I'm one of two co-founders of Mavek, an AI marketing platform. We built Mavek because we kept watching founders try to be their own ads person, SEO person, content person and analyst, all at once, badly. 2 honest weaknesses right now : onboarding still requires a human call, it's not self-serve yet. And some of our content agent's output needs 2-3 rounds of correction before it actually sounds like the customer's brand, not generically 'AI voice.' We're early. ~100 free sign ups & 5 paying customers (2 decent size). Happy to share more in comments if useful to anyone building something similar. submitted by /u/abhishek-sagar [link] [comments]
