Hey everyone, I wanted to share something interesting I noticed with AdMob and also see if anyone else has experienced the same thing. I have a relatively small app, and for quite a while I was earning around €0.01 per day. At first I assumed it was simply because I didn't have enough users. Then I started looking more closely at my AdMob reports and noticed something that seemed completely wrong: Almost 20,000 ad requests per day Only around 20–30 actual impressions Very low earnings, usually around €0.01 perday After investigating my implementation, I realized my app was requesting/preloading ads far too aggressively.
