Original Summary

I see information out there about how "beneficial" and helpful the PI is or Symetas SENSE or Gallup's BP10 or Hogan's HDS or whatever other one of hundreds of assessments out there that measure teams. The ones I mention above are supposed to be marketed towards entrepreneurs... But most say not to use them for hiring and stuff... So what are you actually supposed to use these things for?
