One of my early users runs his own SaaS. He was in the middle of a full UI/UX overhaul and used a knowledge base I'd built into my product, one specialized in UI/UX best practices, for exactly that. He queried it a lot during the redesign. Said it helped. Even recorded a Loom to walk through what he liked. Then he never opened my SaaS again. That one stuck with me because there was nothing to fix. No bug, no confusing flow, no complaint. He didn't just tolerate the product, he took the time to tell me it worked. It worked exactly as intended, for exactly the job he needed, and then the job ended. I think churn gets treated as one problem when it's actually two.
