Looking for alpha testers for setu-ts: An open-source, plugin-aware TypeScript development framework
- SignalDesk2 hr ago
Original Summary
Hey everyone, I don’t have a local network of engineers to test things with, so I’m looking for some blind testing and brutal architectural critiques from the community here. I’ve been working on
setu-ts(published under the@setu-tsscope on JSR). It’s an open-source, full-stack development framework broken down into 48 highly discrete, plugin-aware packages. The goal is to provide a unified runtime-agnostic tooling ecosystem (Node, Deno, Bun) where everything from core microservices, schedulers, and view layers to auth and database wrappers are decoupled into individual, swappable components. ### Why I'm building it: I wanted to solve the boilerplate nightmare of modern full-stack TypeScript setups. Instead of monolithic frameworks locking you in,setu-tslets you dynamically orchestrate your architecture using an isolated plugin engine that respects runtime boundaries natively. ### What I need help testing: Given the massive surface area of 48 packages, I need engineering eyes on the initialization and integration flows: If you run the initialization via@setu-ts/cli, does the generated boilerplate structure and workspace configuration feel clean and intuitive? Does it successfully resolve and execute across your runtime of choice (Node/Deno/Bun) without dropping dependency exceptions or file-system configuration errors? * How does the plugin orchestration layer feel to navigate? ### Current Status: It is an early Alpha release. Because of the architectural complexity, expect edge-case bugs. Please stick to testing it in isolated sandboxes rather than dropping it directly into live apps! The entire monorepo is open-source on GitHub: https://github.com/setu-ts/setu-ts If you have a few minutes to run a scaffolding test or look at how the packages compose together, I would love your thoughts. Please drop a comment here or open an issue on the repository! Thanks a ton. https://setu-ts.dev submitted by /u/paul_dk91 [link] [comments]- 情报分类:商业与市场研究
