Original Summary

Been building Vast (started as something else entirely, turned into dependency graph / impact analysis for repos) and kept running into the same pattern from three unrelated directions. Users reaching out about AI-generated code that broke something they didn't expect. My own experience doing the exact same thing with Cursor and Claude. And the comments on my own posts about this topic, same story every time, different people. None of it was ever "the code looked bad." It was always "it looked completely fine, and something else broke." That gap is basically what the project turned into solving. Wasn't the original idea, but when the same thing keeps showing up from every direction, it's hard to ignore.
