Original Summary

Solo founder, vertical SaaS. I've been a top performer for eight years in the field this product serves. Designed and built it for myself originally, then others got interested. Product is meant to be used throughout the workday. Onboarding first ten users in a couple of weeks. All people I know professionally. Beta isn't free, the paywall was there to filter out tyre kickers. Most of them work in the same office as me. More signed up than I had room for. Kept it to ten users in beta because I can't give proper attention to more at this stage. Curious if there’s something here that i’m not seeing (regarding limiting user amount at this stage). What did you not set up before your beta that you couldn't go back and get afterwards? Any do's or don'ts for someone in my position? submitted by /u/2honeypaws [link] [comments]
