I kept doing the same thing over and over. Find a job, rewrite my resume a bit to match it, then manually type the same 10 fields into whatever portal the company uses. Workday especially is brutal for this. So I built JobJet - ATS Resume Tailor & Autofill. You paste in a job description, it tailors your resume to it (you review everything before it's used), shows you what keywords you're matching or missing, and the extension autofills the application itself on pretty much any site.
