I asked a Mac forum to open Activity Monitor and post what their browser was sitting at. The answers: Safari 530MB, Safari 1960MB on five tabs of one site, Chrome 1200MB with a few tabs, one person at 4-5GB after opening a few pages with background video. Every one of those ships its own engine. macOS already has WebKit, so I built Kylmora on that instead. The download is 5.2MB and there is no second engine resident all day. It is early and I would rather say so than oversell it.
