Original Summary
Resumes are mostly AI-generated noise now, and 15-hour take-home projects suck for everyone involved. I wanted a way to evaluate engineers on actual proof-of-work, so I built Provix (getprovix.com). Two sides to it: - An auditor that parses public GitHub repos for commit cadence, modularity, and code hygiene so you can see if someone actually wrote the code before doing an interview. - A talent network where devs showcase verified projects and get discovered without keyword-stuffing a PDF. Stack is Next.js, Supabase, and Tailwind. What do you guys think? Any feedback is welcome! submitted by /u/PossibleSpot5734 [link] [comments]
