I kept running into the same thing with "free" project management tools. Add a third person and it gets expensive, or the free tier caps issues. Linear's free plan is unlimited members but about 250 non-archived issues. Trello free caps collaborators at 10. So I'm building nowbuild.ing: a hosted task manager where teammates, tasks, and projects stay free forever. Feels like Linear or Trello without the seat tax. BYOA: bring your own agents. Each project also gets a built-in public progress page. People can follow the build without seeing the private board.
