Original Summary
I know there are a ton of budgeting and expense tracking apps out there, especially indie ones, so I thought I’d ask here. I’m building Resiboo . It’s not another budgeting app. The idea is more like Snap & Go for expenses. The problem I’m trying to solve is the boring part of expense tracking. You buy something, get a receipt, and think “I’ll enter this into my budgeting app later.” Then you don’t 😅 With Resiboo, you just snap the receipt and move on. It extracts the details and saves the expense for you, so there’s no form to sit there and fill out every time you buy something. Instead of becoming another budgeting app, I want Resiboo to hand that data off to whatever budgeting app you already use. It already has an export system, so I’m putting together a list of budgeting, expense tracking, and personal finance apps to support directly in the export options. If you’re building one, drop your link below! As long as there’s some way to import transactions or expenses (CSV, JSON, API, whatever), I should be able to support it. Would be great if you could mention what import format you support too. Small apps, side projects, stuff still in beta, all welcome PS: Yes, AI helped me write this. My laziness extends beyond expense tracking 😂 <-- AI as well submitted by /u/Puzzleheaded-Emu-168 [link] [comments]
