FanClash is a place to defend a sports take on camera. Two people, one topic, live video, and whoever's watching votes on who actually won. Six sports - NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, soccer, volleyball. Here are the honest numbers, straight out of prod: 7 accounts, and 6 of those are me and test users. Zero completed debates. Zero people have ever joined a room and argued with each other. The loop I built has never once run end to end with real strangers in it. I don't think the problem is the product. I think I built the room before I had the crowd. The thing needs two people who want to argue and a handful who want to watch, all awake at the same time - and I went straight to building video infrastructure instead of finding those ten people first.
