Original Summary
I built a meeting-follow-up tool (transcript -> action items -> drafted email -> task sync) and launched a few weeks ago. Zero signups so far. The honest problem: this space already has Fireflies, Otter, Fathom, Gong, etc. I think my landing page doesn't make it obvious why someone would pick a new tool over one of those. For people who launched into an already-crowded category, how did you find your first users? Did you go niche on the audience (e.g., freelancers/consultants instead of teams), lead with a specific painful use case, or just outwork it in communities? Not looking for people to review my site, more interested in the general playbook for early traction when you're not first-to-market. submitted by /u/Anas_BLZ [link] [comments]
