I made this. Our first game, Read the Terms, is a terms of service you have to actually read. It's had 80+ tries so far, and 70% of them never reached the bottom. So the second one is harder??? You've been paying $9.99 a month for 38 months for "fundr. Premium", a subscription you never use. Your only job is to cancel it. The app fights back: - the cancel link is buried somewhere in your account settings - searching the Help Centre for "cancel" gets you "Did you mean: upgrade?" - two retention offers, one of which "expires in 04:59" and then doesn't - a 7-question exit survey, all required, that won't accept a score below 7 and doesn't count spaces as characters - a support line that isn't in service - a live chat with Dennis, a Retention Specialist who can't see your survey because it goes to a different team There's more after that, but I'll let you find it. At the end you get a canceller type (The Escape Artist? The Bargain Hunter? The Ghost?) and a report on everything fundr. Premium noticed while you tried to leave. Heads up: - None of it is real. There's no actual subscription, nothing is charged, and fundr. Premium is made up. - No signup. Your survey answers stay on the page. The only thing sent anywhere is an anonymous tally of how far people get. - It should take a few minutes if Dennis lets you go. It just launched, so I don't have real play times yet. - Full disclosure: the fake pop-up ads inside are for our own apps. They're part of the joke and they close with the X.
