A new kind of company is being built right now: AI-native service companies — compliance firms, accounting practices, support orgs, marketing agencies — that deliver a service through AI agents instead of scaling through headcount. We’re building AgentsBooks , the AI platform they run on. Identity, memory, channels, tasks, knowledge, billing, compliance — every primitive an AI-native company needs, in one substrate. You don’t prompt one assistant; you engineer the graph — agents as nodes, friend-edges and task chains as wiring, triggers and budgets as the control plane. The interesting part for us isn’t building another AI assistant. It’s building the infrastructure that lets you create an actual organization of agents.
