Building a SaaS is one thing. Building one connected to hundreds of physical GPS devices is another

Original Summary
I’m 21 and currently building Aitrack, a GPS tracking and fleet management SaaS in Italy. One of the things that has made this project interesting is that it isn’t a traditional CRUD SaaS. Physical GPS trackers are constantly sending positions and telemetry to our servers. That data has to be processed, stored and pushed to users in real time while also maintaining route history, alerts, geofences, reports and APIs. Then there’s another layer: different GPS hardware, SIM connectivity, mobile apps, mapping, infrastructure and eventually scaling everything as the number of connected devices grows. The original idea came from my previous experience working in private security and collaborating with an investigation agency, where I saw how vehicle tracking was used in practice. What started as solving that problem eventually became Aitrack. Now I’m discovering that the technical side may actually be easier than the business side. Building the platform is one thing. Finding the right B2B acquisition channels, pricing it correctly and reaching businesses that actually manage fleets is a completely different challenge. For other B2B SaaS founders: what acquisition channel ended up working best when you were still early?
