I've been building ClipForge Studio since the middle of June. Right now, it's a Windows desktop app that uses local AI to automatically extract the best short-form clips from long-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. The main reason I built it was that every existing tool (OpusClip, Descript, etc) requires you to upload your footage to the cloud.
