Original Summary
I built a small digital product around a constraint: a solo operator should be able to use it without creating another account, learning a new workspace, or paying a subscription. The result is a downloadable ops kit for UK freelancers, sole traders, and digital side-hustlers. It contains: a 20-minute weekly review for cash, clients, pipeline, and next actions a first-90-days checklist with UK context (operational pointers only) a client onboarding checklist a plain cashflow CSV for Excel, Google Sheets, or LibreOffice an offline HTML calculator for hourly, day-rate, and project pricing The build is intentionally simple: Markdown + CSV + one HTML file. Download it, unzip it, and start using it. No Notion workspace, SaaS account, or internet connection is required for the calculator. I’m the maker and this is my own product. It’s £29 here: https://kitops.gumroad.com/l/fzyrry I’m looking for useful criticism rather than compliments: what would make this more useful to a real UK solo business, and which file would you open first? submitted by /u/UKSoloOpsKit [link] [comments]
