Original Summary

phone farm setup: proof everyone is talking about organic right now. but IMO almost nobody has a REAL scalable system for it. UGC blonde college girls are going crazy with the CPM's so we built a TikTok/IG phone farm. literally 11+ iPhones sitting on a desk. and recently we started scaling the whole thing with slideshows. current result: 120K+ views/day across the farm proof the basic setup we currently have 11+ iPhones. mostly second-hand iPhone 6s. cracked screens. bad batteries. ugly as hell. doesn't matter. they just need to run TikTok/Instagram reliably. why iPhone 6s? because they're cheap and they work. although if I was buying everything again today, I'd probably go newer. iPhone X is REALLY good value/price IMO. each phone usually has: 2-3 TikTok accounts 1 Instagram account we currently only use iPhones. my personal experience/opinion is that they seem harder for platforms to randomly flag/ban than cheap Android setups. not claiming this is some scientifically proven fact lol. just what we've seen. what kind of views are we getting? on average: 1k-3k views per TikTok/Reel and honestly, at this point, I treat ~1k as the minimum for a healthy account/content combo. my completely unscientific content judgement system (dyor): 0-100 views: probably an account/warmup issue. could be shadowbanned, badly warmed up, or the account just sucks. usually we warm it up more or abandon it. 100-200 views: usually content issue. TikTok gave it a small test audience and nobody cared. change: angle hook niche format sometimes completely changing the format works better than endlessly rewriting the same post. REMEMBER - don't waste time. Moving fast is the only advantage of small startups. Don't be scared to abandon and iterate. 1k+ views: account is probably healthy. some posts obviously die. some randomly do: 5k 10k 20k+ and when you're running enough accounts, those random winners start adding up very quickly. that's basically how we got to 120K+ daily. warming up accounts is still annoying buying the phones is honestly the easy part. the annoying part is making every account behave like an actual human account. we: scroll. watch videos. like stuff. comment sometimes. build an actual feed. basically use TikTok like a normal person would. don't create an account and instantly start uploading 15 shitty ads for your SaaS lol. for us, this matters a LOT. especially because we're based in Poland while most of the stuff we're building is aimed at international/US audiences. we've genuinely joked that moving to the US would simplify half of this setup. geo-targeting is a completely separate rabbit hole though. I'll make another post about that because there is WAY too much misinformation around it. and being Polish unfortunately forced me to learn more about this than I ever wanted to know lol. the biggest unlock: SLIDESHOWS this is probably the most interesting part. video content works. but video conten
