I work rotating 12-hour shifts and I've spent the last while building side ventures on top of that — trading, ecommerce, a few things that didn't work and a few that did. What I kept missing was a place to actually talk to people doing the same thing, not another server full of "DM me for the secret" spam. So I built Traction. It's for people building a business, running a side hustle, or just trying to get out of trading hours for money. Daily accountability channel, feedback on ideas, a spot for collabs, honest income talk — no fake gurus, no hype-only energy.
