Original Summary

I’ve been building Conduit, a support tool for small SaaS founders who still handle customer issues themselves. It triages incoming issues, groups duplicates, creates tickets when needed, and helps draft replies using your product knowledge. The core thing I’m trying to validate now isn’t whether the features work — it’s whether this actually removes enough support busywork to matter. I’m looking for a few founders who currently deal with support through email, DMs, forms, or Discord and are willing to try it free and tell me what’s bad about it. If that sounds like you, comment or DM me. submitted by /u/larrypall [link] [comments]
