Original Summary
Hey folks, I’ve been hitting the gym and running up to six days a week, but I was getting frustrated with my progress. I also had one system for logging my meals and another for monitoring my physical recovery, making it hard to see what I was doing was actually impacting my readiness for the next workout. To solve my own problem, I built HealthLens: Recovery & Macros for iOS. What it does: Unified Dashboard: Brings macro counting and daily recovery metrics into a single, straightforward interface. Readiness Metric: Gives you a clear check-in to see if you're ready for a serious workout or if you need to take a rest day. Low Friction Logging: Focused on making the daily entry process as fast as possible so you can get back to your day. The Ask: I recently launched on the App Store and would love to get some critical feedback from this community. Specifically, I’m looking for thoughts on: The onboarding flow and how intuitive the UI feels. The friction (or lack thereof) in the daily logging mechanics. Any data points or features you feel are missing compared to your current setup. Link: HealthLens on the App Store Thanks in advance for taking a look. I'll be hanging out in the comments and am happy to answer any questions about the design or development process! submitted by /u/billyl320 [link] [comments]
