Disclosure: I’m one of the people behind MVPJoy . We recently started building a small product and engineering team focused on helping startups ship meaningful releases. Between us, we have 10+ years of experience building and scaling software products , including systems serving 1M+ monthly users . One thing we’ve learned over the years is that scaling well is often less about using more infrastructure and more about making good technical decisions early.
