Curious how people are doing this now. Are you still using skills, system prompts, rules/AGENTS.md, custom workflows, etc., or have you mostly stopped micromanaging and just let the agent harness handle things? I’m currently using Codex (GPT-6 Astra) on an Electron app, and the code quality has been much worse than I expected. Previously, I used Codex on a Next.js + Java (Spring Boot) project with Skills, and the codebase stayed quite organized. Wondering if I’m missing something in my current setup.
