Original Summary
I work remotely for years, and I’ve trained consistently for around 15 years. Still, there are days when I close my laptop in the evening and realize I’ve barely moved. No commute, no walking between meetings (desk > fridge > couch type of movement). When I spoke with colleagues, I kept hearing the same things: back pain, afternoon brain fog, low energy and difficulty staying consistent with exercise. That’s where the idea for Movu Club came from. The starting point is simple: live, 30-minute workouts for remote workers. You join at a scheduled time, train with the same group of people and get back to your day, while we track who joined and have you compete in the live fitness league for remote companies. I’d truly love to build a real community of people who regularly train together, get to know each other and help one another stay consistent. And later - who knows? Maybe we hang out, share what we’re building, exchange ideas or occasionally meet in person. Remote work gives us freedom, but it can also make work and life feel strangely isolated. I’d love Movu to become one small answer to that. I don’t know yet exactly what the community should become, and I don’t want to invent it alone. I’d rather build it together with the first people who join. The first sessions are completely free. All I’m asking for in return is honest feedback - and ideally, that you show up more than once so we can see whether this actually becomes a habit. Would you be interested in joining something like this? submitted by /u/SnooPeripherals3485 [link] [comments]
