Hot take but I'll stand behind it. The entire argument against using AI assistance in interviews assumes a level playing field that hasn't existed for decades. The candidate with the right network got coached. The one who went to the right school got prepped by alumni. The one who could afford interview coaching paid someone to drill them for weeks. Nobody called that cheating. Now there's a tool that gives the person without those advantages access to real time assistance during a live interview and suddenly the ethics conversation appears.
