Original Summary

I've been looking at SaaS products built for specific service businesses, and I'm curious about something. For vertical SaaS, what tends to be harder to solve well: scheduling, customer communication, payments, managing staff, keeping customer records organized, or getting businesses to actually adopt the software? I'm especially interested in what founders discovered only after working with real customers. What looked simple initially but turned out to be surprisingly difficult? submitted by /u/AstridawntomyMod [link] [comments]
